Booking and Payment
Your price depends on your vehicle. Sedan/coupe, SUV/pickup, and van/7-seat each have their own pricing. If your vehicle is larger than booked, we'll quote the difference before starting. A $25 deposit holds your slot and is applied to your total. The balance is due when the work is complete. Travel outside Zone 1 adds a flat zone fee — $25 for Zone 2 (25–40 km), $50 for Zone 3 (40–60 km). It isn't charged online: we confirm your zone from your service address before your appointment and collect it on-site with the balance.

On the Day
We give you an arrival window, not a single minute. We bring water, power, and equipment. You provide a legal parking spot with clear space around the vehicle. Please empty the vehicle first to avoid liability for items left inside.

Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are free, and your deposit is refunded or carried to a new date. Less than 24 hours, the deposit is kept. No-shows are charged the deposit. If we cancel for weather or unsafe conditions, your deposit is refunded in full or carried to a new date, whichever you prefer.

Damage and Liability
If we damage something, we fix it. Our overall responsibility is limited to what you paid for. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces that may worsen under normal detailing.

Information We Collect
Vellure Auto Detailing Ltd. collects only what we need to detail your vehicle: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, your vehicle type, and any parking or access instructions you give us.
How We Use Your Information
We use it to schedule and deliver your booking, confirm your travel zone, contact you about your appointment, take your deposit, and keep the business records Canadian tax law requires. Payments are processed by our payment provider — your full card number never reaches our systems — and our website platform collects standard traffic data and cookies.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the providers who run our website, bookings, payments, and email, some of whom process data outside Canada. Access details such as gate or buzzer codes are used only for the booking they were given for and deleted within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Photos and Social Media
We photograph the vehicles we detail and sometimes post that work to Instagram and TikTok. We ask before we post, we obscure licence plates, and we never publish your name, your address, or anything identifying where the vehicle was serviced — and if you tell us before we start, we won't photograph your vehicle at all.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
